1. Seinfeld’s puffy shirt
2. Chain Mail, way too heavy stick with the classic leather or poly-cotton blend.
3. What ever shirt you get from saving empty packets of cigarettes.

The cigarette shirt also implies any other clothes that you can obtain from that method as well. IE. hats, jackets, underwear.
